All loans submitted can be reviewed and priced by our lenders through the lender's loan programs.

We protect the identity of the lender and data information. This is done to allow our trained personnel to review each loan and screen the requests from over zealous borrowers and brokers.

We do the initial screening. We fit the loan to the lender's qualifications and loan requirements. Each loan does not need to go to each lender in our database as each lender has different requirements and qualifications.

Borrows and brokers will not contact lender unless there is an interest to fund.
