We have a broker's facility to allow the broker to use our funds while closing the loan in the broker's name. Fee and interest spreads are retained by broker.

The way to fund a loan is to get the information to as many lenders and brokers who have experience in hard money loans as possible. We have lenders who have funded and funded quickly.

If a loan is submitted or referred to an outside lender, we screen the request and submit it to lenders who have previously funded this type of loan. Why waste time and expense knocking on each door when we can direct you to the right door?

We have over 600 hard money lenders in our database to whom we submit executive summaries and loan packages on loans offered by our participating brokers.
